I am interested in three topics.
(1) ADVANCED LASER PRINTING
We are developing new multimodal additive-subtractive printers capable of printing multiscale multi-material constructs with complex hierarchical designs and architectures at the resolution of 1 micron.
(2) BIOPRINTING OF COMPLEX TISSUES: Currently, we are exploring new ways to 3D print large sized tissue constructs with embedded biological interfaces and organized microvasculature.
(3) SMART MATERIALS: We are interesting in printing monolithic, flexible and stretchable photonics and optoelectronics devices using hydrogels.
